About

Print In City is a public print, scan and copy service. You can print from your computer or mobile device and securely retrieve your jobs from a public Print In City device. Find your closest print point on the map.

1. Sign-up or Log-in and purchase print credits

Start by creating your Print In City user account.

Choose a method to identify yourself at the printing device and add the number of a suitable card to your account settings.

  • Estonian ID-card
  • Public Transport Card
  • Print In City PIN code

Now purchase some printing credits by clicking on account balance and payment. Prices charged at different print points are listed under the PRICES tab.

The following payment methods are available:

2. Upload your PDF-files or send them by e-mail

Upload your PDF-files via the yellow PRINT tab or send them by email to print@printincity.ee and follow the instructions you will receive from our Print In City e-mail robot. Make sure to add your e-mail address to your account settings first, this will let us know that the print job is coming from you.

Print In City will print only PDF files. This is to guarantee that your prints will come out exactly as you intended. If the application you use is not able to save your files as PDFs, we recommend Windows users to install doPDF software. Windows 10 users can also use the built-in Microsoft Print to PDF printer and macOS users can save PDFs from their application's Print menu.

3. Choose how you want your prints

Black and white or colour, single- or double-sided, A4 or A3.

4. Choose a print point

Choose the print point that you wish to collect your prints from.

You can retrieve your prints from any of the publicly accessible Print In City devices at the print point, you don't have to specify a specific device. Please note that colour prints are available only from colour devices.

5. Retrieve your prints

Go to the print point that you selected, find a Print In City device and open it with the identification method you chose (eg. your linked card). Select the desired jobs from the list on the device screen and hit Print.

If you don't retrieve your prints within 48 hours, your prints will be automatically deleted from the queue and the credits reserved returned to your Print In City account.

Scanning and Copying

All Print In City devices can be also used for scanning to email and copying. Open the device, press the home button and follow the instructions on the device screen.
